DeskJet 1000Cse/­Cxi Printer Driver for HP Deskjet 1000cse Type: Driver - Product Installation Software The HP DeskJet 1000C Printer Driver v11.­0 for Windows NT 4.­0.­   This driver supports only the HP DeskJet 1000C available in US/­Canada,­ Australia,­ New Zealand,­ Singapore,­ India,­ Thailand,­ Philippines,­ Vietnam,­ Brunei,­ Indonesia,­ and Malaysia.­ It is not designed to work on other operating systems.­ This driver takes full advantage of the HP DeskJet 1000C printer's media flexibility,­ 11x17/­A3 size printing capabilities and special printing features.­ Users can choose to download either a single self-extracting EXE file (DJ109en) or 3 separate self-extracting EXE files (DJ109en1,­ DJ109en2,­ DJ109en3).­ Regardless of which option used,­ the self-extracted files are the same.­ The only difference is that in the 3 separate EXE files,­ users must make 3 separate attempts to download the files.­ Installation Instructions: 1.­) Exit all open applications.­ 2.­) Download the file to a newly created sub-directory in your local hard drive.­ 3.­) At the MSDOS prompt,­ access the sub-directory where the file is located.­ 4.­) Type the name of the file followed by -d eg DJ109en -d.­ This file will self-extract to the local hard drive.­ 5.­) Start Microsoft Windows and make sure no other Windows applications are running.­ 6.­) Select Start,­ Run.­ 7.­) At the Command line box,­ type c:/­[dir]/­SETUP 8.­) Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to complete the installation of the printer driver.­ Go to the DOS prompt and use the '-d' command when extracting this archive to maintain the original directory structure of this software set.­ Example: dj109en.­exe -d c: emp   Note : This software was archived using the PKZIP utility from PKWARE,­ Inc.­.­
